Executive Assistant

• Managing and maintaining the GCEO's calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
• Organizing and preparing documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Providing high-quality support to the GCEO in a fast-paced environment
• Conducting research and analysis to support the GCEO's decision-making processes
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications
• Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinating and overseeing GCEO special projects, such as corporate events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
• Providing support for board meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling reports, and distributing materials to board members
• Managing personal appointments, such as doctor's visits or family events, and coordinating them with the GCEO's work schedule
• Coordinating household maintenance and repairs, such as scheduling appointments with contractors or service providers
• Managing personal travel arrangements, such as booking vacations or family visits
• Assisting with personal tasks, such as shopping or running errands

• 5Y to 7Y of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
